SLIIT Calender

SLIIT Calender is the best tool you can have when planning your exams because it has all the SLIIT events printed on each date.
I always hang it in front of bed.
SLIIT Calender is one of the best Administration decisions they took.
It helps students and act as a very powerful advertising media, everyone who comes to my room ask about SLIIT when they see the Calender.
Make Good use of this free tool.

SLIIT : Old Text Books

This is a really funny thing to say by a Librarian :

"Outdated text books available at the library NOW. Just take them home.
SLIIT Librarian" - notice is in the courseweb.

I wish that she can say this for every book in the Library :-)

SETM Assignment 2 - Due on 4:00 pm Friday 14 September.
CC Assignment - Due on 24th August

This is really crazy, how can we possibly do these Assignment, all given at the same time.
Maybe I'm lazy or maybe it's for real IT Geeks who have fun with a computer.

Curtin Midterm is over :-)

Wow, one curtin midterm is over :-) but another two to go with the finals.
Today SPD2 and Computer Communication(CC) papers were alright but not easy.
I will make a post about XML serialization for SLIIT and Curtin students because it is much more easier than it looks ;-)

There is a CC assignment that needs to be finished before 24th August (8.30 a.m.)

SLIIT : Curtin SPD 2

SPD2 : This Subject is really hard for curtin students.
Tiers and layers in J2EE and .NET
XML serialization - easy than it seems
JSP and ASP
Architecture of a .NET assembly
database access(JDBC)
and many more.........

SPD2 is a fun subject yet the content is too wide and complex to cover in one semester, In my opinion SPD should be divided in to two more subjects.

SLIIT - Never Forget People Who Helped You

You maybe like or dislike SLIIT but you should never give false or spread bad things about SLIIT just because you have low grade or hard subjects.

SLIIT not maybe the best place but yet it helped us where government failed, to provide us with a degree for a very reasonable price. So please don't tell outsiders false things about SLIIT, It will harm us and future brothers and sisters who come to SLIIT.

Only SLIIT students can keep SLIIT alive.
Most campuses(government/private) watching till the SLIIT fall down.
Like a bunch of vultures they are waiting for the dead SLIIT body to feed on.

Never Forget People Who Helped You
